At YEMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
